This review of our TenseBuilder education app was written by Nanette Cote of Speech2Me.  Nanette is a speech pathologist with her own practice in Naperville Illinois.   Not only does she write about speech therapy apps, but also about other educational products and tips to help a SLP and parents find ways to keep things fun for their kids.  Here blog was voted one of the 100 best blogs for speech pathologists in 2012.  She writes:

I have to admit that this is my new, favorite app by this company.  I always have clients on my caseload working on verb tenses and it is hard to find a lively way to teach these challenging concepts.

TenseBuilder teaches tense with movie quality animations. The animations take the kids through an entire timeline, from what will happen to what has already happened. By taking the kids through the timeline in an entertaining way, they gain a much deeper understanding of the purpose of tense, which leads to better carryover to their conversational speech.

Nanette has had the opportunity to play TenseBuilder will some of her kids and writes about her experience playing. She goes through the app pretty thoroughly, you’ll have a good feel for how we go about teaching tense after you read it.  On top of that, she is having a raffle for a Tensebuilder promo code!
