Review of Rainbow Sentences Speech Therapy App

Today we’re excited to announce that we have a new review of our Rainbow Sentences speech therapy app to share.

This review was written by Nanette Cote.  Nanette’s blog, The Next Chapter in my Speech World, is voted one of the best speech therapy blogs of 2012.  One of the best parts of your reviews are all the screen shots she includes.  In her review, there are 11 images taken during different stages of play.  Those images in combination with her description makes it very easy for a reader to determine how the app works and whether it is something they are looking for.  She has many kind things to say about Rainbow Sentences.  She writes.

I saved what I believe to be the best part of this app for last: the play lesson feature.  When you are shown a scrambled sentence, you get the option to select the “show” button which in turns brings up the “play lesson” selection.  This teaching tool shows clients how to formulate a sentence by answering a series of questions (who, what, when, where, why) all while color coding these parts of a sentence.

It is always neat to hear that practicing SLP’s enjoy using my apps so much.

Rainbow Sentences is part of Mobile Education Store’s suite of education apps.  MES has won over 70 awards including education app developer of the year in 2011 and 2012.
